The reason why I came to Canada to study is because the way that the education system works here is more suitable for me and there are more opportunities thanin my home country. I first heard about Stanford Academy from a friend, then I learned that the student population of the school is relatively small, which is very suitable for me since I could get more attention from the teachers. And I was correct, my performance at Stanford Academy was beyond my expectations. Every staff at Stanford Academy was super helpful in my academic journey. There were always teachers supporting me when I needed help, not only in my academic journey, but I also got a lot of help in my life in this new country as well.

KW is small but it has everything I needed, and I attended countless cultural activities that I had never seen before. Grand River Hospital was also an important part of my life in KW, and I would recommend everyone to volunteer there. I would recommend other students consider attending Stanford because I learned more than just academics during this school year. There were so many otherthings like developing independence and all kinds of other abilities that mademe feel more prepared for university than ever after finishing my 12th grade at Stanford. Every teacher at Stanford taught me so much more than I learned from my previous high school, like exploring this city and other interesting topics. Since our school is next to a church, there’s also a bunch of opportunities to get in touch with the local community.
