Honestly, my grades in the Chinese education system were unsatisfactory, so my family and I decided to set our sights on another path, which meant studying abroad. We chose Stanford Academy because they have their own unique way of teaching. Students in Stanford Academy don't need to worry about being forgotten or ignored by their teachers and because of Stanford’s small class sizes, teachers can take care of every student in class carefully, responsibly and patiently. Another thing that made the school a good fit for me was that the study period of each subject is two months. That meanst he pace of study at Stanford is intense and fulfilling. Students can master knowledge and finish their graduation faster than students from other schools.If you want to get into university as soon as possible, Stanford Academy will be the best place for you. The most important reason for my recommendation is the great atmosphere in Stanford and the Kitchener community. It is a really wonderful place for international students to "warm up".

I'd like to say the staff in Stanford Academy are not only my teachers but also my friends. They supported my academy journey by patiently answering all the questions that I had while paying attention to my mental health and wellness. There was a time that I pushed myself so hard thatI didn't have enough sleep and rest. My physical and mental situation was really bad at that time. Ms. Bowden, the warmest principal I have ever met, noticed my anxiety and health issues. She listened to my feelings carefully and encouraged me with warm recognition. Those words were really important to me. I felt trust and concern from my teacher. After receiving her encouragement, she allowed me to put off the deadline for my assignment from her class, and I successfully cheered myself up and finished my work. Mr. Seo also helped me alot on my journey of studying at Stanford Academy. He was really experienced inteaching compulsory courses about Math. His notes were really helpful to my understanding of the course materials. Because of the sense of humor of every teacher at Stanford, I was willing to participate in every single class positively. I'm glad I chose to study and live in this big family. Thanks for everyone in Stanford who treated me nicely and friendly!
